I needed a new battery. I called to make sure it was in stock and then I called back asking a few questions about testing. Both guys that I spoke to were really nice and very knowledgeable. Quick installation, and he made sure everything was working well (windows, turn signals, brake lights, etc). Will definitely make this my go to place when I need parts. Thanks so much guys!

I had a great experience today July 8, 2024 at the Holland Rd Virginia Beach store. The store associate named Nate was so professional, helpful, & nice. He did a diagnostic trouble code check on my service engine soon light for my SUV, gave me a print out, and explained it. I really appreciate this free service and the excellent customer service I always receive at this store. His coworker Robert was nice also. If corporate reads this do what you can to keep such excellent employees! Please reward them. Thank you.

Even though they were getting ready to close, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The part I needed was in stock and as always at a great price! Clean store with well marked aisles. Repeat customer for sure!

I just had a really great experience!!!!! The manager, Kenneth, was very pleasant. (I hope I didn’t get his name wrong, he was so nice) and so was the rest of the staff. I never have a problem at this store and it’s the only one I go to. Thank you so much for the stellar service. Especially the manager - he’s very customer service oriented - greeted me upon entry and handled my return (nothing wrong with product, didn’t need anymore) very expediently. I even just saw him walk to a customers car with her to help bring something back in.. for real. What a solid guy :) thanks again.
