Kizzy is the most helpful manager ever! She was a lifesaver and helped me navigate through a stressful situation with an auto shop. I was able to return the battery that was purchased and have a peace of mind! I would 100% recommend! Very satisfied customer!!

The customer service is impeccable!! Josh and another associate were helpful in answering my questions. Josh went above & beyond to assist me with a door lock issue I was having!! This shop has great prices, very neat & organized. O'reilly Auto Parts is my new favorite place to go. I'm recommending them to everyone I know! Great job!!!

I needed a new car battery and this was the first place I went to after getting my car jumped. They were able to find the right battery but couldn’t tell me 100% that it was EXACTLY what I needed. Additionally I was told they could sell me the battery but not install it. I wasn’t given a reason except it was basically too much “equipment” around my battery to be able to install it. I drive a Chevrolet Cruze. Not great customer service and would have appreciated further reasoning and advice.

Jen was so Helpful and Knowledgeable! She truly cared about helping me figure out what was wrong with my Honda! She is the Best! I will forever come back to this store. Next time you go, ask for Jen!

I stopped by this O’Reilly store during my travels through VA when I had unexpected car troubles. Juan helped me tremendously! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! He helped me find exactly the part I needed. I’m thankful for his great assistance and highly recommend Juan and this O’Reilly store.
