Mr. Sergio and Ms. Candice were amazing. Mr. Sergio exhausted all the “tools” he had to assist with diagnosing the issue; he was respectful; and a diligent worker. Ms. Candice was incredibly kind, gentle, and humorous. As a military spouse, solo parenting 4 kids under 11 years old, while my husband is away, I would recommend these employees at this branch to anyone. Keep these employees, give them a raise! I can change my oil and a tire; I can check any fluids; I’ll go start to Mr. Sergio & Ms. Candice in the future.

I don't normally give out reviews but this O'Reilly's deserves it so much, especially Sergio and Ara. My license plate fell off my car and once I got the replacements but I had no clue how to get it on because everytime I tried it would fall off. I called them right after the DMV and asked if they could help me put it on, surprisingly they said yes! When I got there, they did EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING to help me. My car's screw hole had been enlarged by the dealership, so nothing was fitting plus there wasn't a way to get behind the screw hole to add a bolt. They tried different sized screws and ideas, anything they could think of. Sergio eventually pulled out his drill, made the whole BIGGER and then added a plastic anchor that ultimately fixed my problem. Ara and Sergio were so kind and patient with me and solved my problem. I would DEFINITELY recommend them, they're so amazing! Thank you Ara and Sergio, you two are the best!

MR. SERGIO IS GOD SENT 🫂❤️🥹 if you’re ever having a rough day while dealing with your car and you’re needing parts, this is the place to go ask for Sergio. You can tell in his heart. He cares about his job. He cares about people . He is a hard worker and really wants to make sure he takes care of his customers. That’s very rare to find. His customer service skills and his love for his job really do pour out and I pray nothing but the best for him and his entire team and his amazing manager Ara Testimony On March 13, Lori told me to look down at my headlight and I saw that I was out in Virginia and they don’t play about that. I just spent $1300 at a car dealership trying to fix my car so it’s safe on the road now having to drop another $700 is what I was quoted at two different places for a small lightbulb really hurt my heart I felt like I was taking advantage of. I cried out to God after snapping saying, I trust you, no matter what and I know you can make a way after not thinking about it for an hour. God told me to go to O’Reillys the new location near my house. I didn’t know what to expect but I went to the bathroom mentally preparing that hopefully I would spend less and be able to take care of it after watching a few YouTube videos little did I know that God literally sent me one of his children to help take care of me to leave me in the right direction to point out what I need to take care of this situation his heart was so apologetic for how the dealership tried to manipulate me. His heart was so into it to make sure I was comfortable before leaving and help guiding me with any questions that I may have had because I had a lot it felt like a father helping his little daughter and that really meant the world to me cause I don’t have that it felt like family Sergio‘s an amazing man, and I pray that God continues to bless him because that day was really hard for me and the things that I was carrying, but he literally showed me if you have faith as small as a mustard seed you can move mountain and I’m so thankful that God placed him in my life that day because he helped me more than I could know I’m a Christian content creator on social media (Claudia2short) In life can be really hard for all of us and I try to pour into a lot of people, but that day I just felt really empty and overwhelmed, and Mr. Sergio picked me right back up even if it was a small helping hand in his eyes. It impacted me so much. I posted it on social media the entire story and it helped other people around the world. Keep their mustard see of faith so thank you so much Mr. Sergio because you act of kindness and love for people really is impacting the world. We love you and appreciate all you do !!! One morning on the way to work my car wouldn't start. I went into panick mode and had to sit for a while. Once I got it kicked over I went to this O'Reillys and got top level service!! It was freezing outside and Bon the manager was the only one working, but came out and looked at my car right quick. He wasn't able to do much until he had another person to watch the store. Heeven offered to let me go into the store to warm up and chill until he could get things looked over.WRONG! While no one was in the store he came back out and looked over everything! I told him the situation and he was so thorough! He gave me the diagnosis and even informed me of one of his employees who would be able to assist me with it. He I went back that night and spoke with that employee and got my car fixed that weekend! They had the part and was so awesome with everything. Please so to this one for your car needs. Bon and Chris! You saved me so much stress and time. Thank you so much. You have a customer for life!

First time into this store, definitely do not recommend going into this specific store. The general manager seems to appear to have no care in regard to cleanliness. The store is very unorganized, I received no help when needed. At the time of my visit, the general manager was the only one available. When asking for help, he completely ignored me and continued doing other “important matters”. My first assumption in retails stores is to always care for customers when needed. Clearly I was proven wrong. While I continued to shop around, it seemed like I was continuously being watched. Sure enough, I noticed the general manager continuing to “watch me” as if he thought I was going to take something from the store. My first thought was, if the general manager was going to continue to watch me, he should’ve at least helped me find what I needed. I ended up going to a different store to get the help I needed. My entire experience at this specific store was super uncomfortable and frustrating.
