From the moment I walked in, the old man with very short hair/bald had attitude and was very rude. He acted like serving customers was a burden and responded to simple questions with impatience and sarcasm. If looks could kill I’d be dead with his face. best description was like a bulldog chewing a wasp. He had no manners, slouched over the counter rolling his eyes to my requests. After seeing older reviews about this gentleman it must be common. (1 star is lucky)

“Without my permission my car’s VIN number was written down, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he responded rudely and refused to help me any further (I wanted the car to be checked by a computer). No one has the right to record a vehicle’s information without the owner’s consent.”

Absolutely shocking experience. I don’t even know where to start. Walking in felt like stepping into a place where joy goes to die. The atmosphere was about as pleasant as drinking milk from a spaniel’s ear — confusing, slightly disturbing, and something I never want to experience again. The old man serving me looked like he’d just lost an argument with life itself. Miserable doesn’t even cover it. I asked a simple question and got the kind of response that suggested he wouldn’t help a blind man cross the road, let alone assist a paying customer. Honestly felt like I’d personally offended him just by existing. Service was slower than a snail on annual leave, and the whole place just had a weird, grim vibe. Would I go back? Not unless I was forced at gunpoint or had a sudden craving for disappointment.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I came in today and spoke with a heavyset male. I need information on a headlight repair and to ask if they could do an installation I know nothing about trucks and needed help. This individual didn’t try to come and look at my vehicle or anything just told me no we can’t do it. The lack of professionalism is sad. I would not go here go somewhere where people are professional.
