Had a bad experience at this store. Gotta say I've been a loyal customer for 20 years. My entire family goes there and they lost us as customers 👎🏽👎🏽Damn shame too! I was told by Mark I had bad battery then take it back just to make sure it was bad before buying another one and it turns out my battery was good.It just needed charging Sketchy employee(Mark) then I tried getting a refund and both Mark and Marcus were quick to tell me no. On a perfectly good belt I bought they day before. Call a second O'Reillys told about my bad experience and situation. They told me to go in and cheerfully gave me my money back. As far as I'm concerned Mark and Marcus(manager)are lazy,rude and unprofessional.O'Reillys dropped the ball on this one👎🏽👎🏽

I would like to thank Marcus for helping me out Monday with my dead battery, I appreciate your time and service. I also would like to thank Lisa for providing excellent service on Tuesday morning. I appreciate your recommendation to getting my alternator fixed. I feel this is one of the best oreillys in San Antonio because of the great customer service and the way you all go above and beyond to actually help. We are visiting San Antonio, and our alternator decided to crap out. We decided to stop in at the closest O'Reilly auto parts to see if the part was still under warranty. Fortunately, it was. Virginia, the manager, was very helpful and was able to verify that the part was indeed under warranty. We were able to get a local mobile mechanic to replace the part. Virginia also brought us water while we waited for the mechanic. Excellent customer service!

Went there today & had a flat tire that was rusted shut to my car, I was thinking about getting a tow for $100+ but then I asked Martin for tools & he quickly lent me the exact tools I needed! Hope he gets a raise he deserves one, great customer service & helpful attitude!
