I had went to a O'Reilly's on Zazamora and their scan tool was out of order?? I found this place. Great atmosphere, all the shelves are in order and well stocked. Met a true professional, Mr. Angel has a great attitude. It's always nice to be greeted with a friendly smile and somebody that is available and says can l help you. As soon l walked into the store. He came out & scanned my car that l affectionately call Stephanie; she is a 2009 MlNl JCW she has shaved valves, JCW braces front and rear, cross drilled rotors and Brembo brakes. Oh,and a cat back exhaust stainless steel.long story short the dealer doesn't always do what they say. I have learned how to fix my beast. l have found a.new clean shiny store with employees that know how to give service. This is my New go to store. Mr. Angel assisted me with ordering my part as the other wasn't capable of providing me with the correct part or even scan the car. I go to places that work... no second chances. The correct part l ordered over the phone with Mr Angel will be here tomorrow at 9am. This is perfect. This my new go to parts place. Thank you for your service Mr. Angel. Went in this evening my check engine 🚘light was on and Cj 👨🏼‍🦲 was so kind he found out the problem and even helped me fix 👨‍🔧 it what a great guy! Thanks for your great service 👍🏼

Shout out to my people at this location...this is my main spot for parts...Gonzalo and Natasha and Homer help me during the week for my business BEST FLEET SERVICE auto repairs and on the weekends Herman and Bryan help me out...thanks y'all for your help. The store is always clean and the staff friendly. All mentioned above have been very knowledgeable in parts/vehicles. Parts delivered in a timely manner. Have no complaints and I also pass up three or four other O'Reilly's to come to this one...just because I know I will be treated right and because they actually KNOW what they're doing. ..some stores can't even look up parts right .... Instead of guessing or answering "I don't know" to questions they ask to make sure the vehicle is correct now all we gotta do is give them license plate number and gets all the correct info needed...Photos are what was recently purchased in a same day period for 3 vehicle we are repairing. Thanks again yall

My truck broke down thankfully very close to this location and all of the staff were very kind and helpful. My truck unfortunately needed to be towed out but the staff helped me get in contact with my tow man since my phone died. They also checked up on me outside because it was hot and they didn’t have to do that but they definitely went above and beyond. I will definitely continue to use O’Reillys. I came during the pm shift on 10/24/25 and give a big thank you to the men that helped me that day. Thank you guys!
