I had an excellent experience with Tiffani at this location. She handled everything with professionalism, confidence, and exceptional customer service. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It's clear she works incredibly hard and represents the business well. I had an amazing experience when i went to fix my headlight! my light went out a little earlier in the day and david maldonado helped me find the right bulb, and installed it for me!!! a very nice and easy experience, went super quick, less than 10 minutes. Serious shoutout to david!!

Some knowledgeable staff, some not as much as others as any other location. BUT, this is a 40,000 square foot oreillys, as it is THE South Texas distributor center. More than likely will have your part here or if having to order a part it, chances are it will get there quicker than any other stores. And they are open the latest of any and all other locations for over a 100 mile radius.

Went to buy a part i need one employee went with me to my car so I could show him exact part.then other employee lent me a tool I needed and even gave me gloves to wear. Everyone in that store were very helpful I really appreciate it.
