I had such a great experience at O’Reilly’s. The moment I walked in, the staff greeted me right away and made me feel welcome. Everyone was super friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable. They helped me figure out exactly what part I needed without making me feel rushed or confused. They even came outside to help me install it my battery which I really appreciated. The store was clean, organized, and the prices were fair. Definitely my go-to auto parts store from now on! Highly recommend.

The staff was good and kind but the part was to be delivered 10 . Deliver man was late cause he didn't pickup or wrong store. Manager said he will take it to the auto mechanic . Shop where my car is.. Manager call 40 minutes later they got the part.. I went to pickup part and the whole staff apologize for the inconvenience... A Ten star. ...

Mike at O’Reilly’s was extremely helpful and friendly. He really knows his stuff and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Great customer service all around—I’ll definitely be back.

Not a great business model to get a good price. You got to find the competitors price and negotiate. I rather walk into a business and they can give me a good price without me Hackling and trying to get a bargain. So I viewed this company as an opportunist company if they get the opportunity to rip you off. They will. The only time they'll negatiate is when you can show our competitor's price. Not a fair consumers model to retain good customer base. I'm not too happy with this company. They need to change their their method. Go to the competitors.

This in my opinion is one of the best auto parts places in sa. Not this specific one. Sky's behind the counter or helpful knowledgeable.They don't talk down to you because you're a female, they don't look at you funny when you order a gas tank for your fox body mustang or carburetor for your nineteen seventy cougar. And as far as auto parts go, you usually get a fifty-fifty chance they give you the right part.But here I'd say you have a 90% chance you'll get the right part.The first time. Also, they will mix up the custom paint to match your car and a spray can.In case you need to fix your paint , what I thought was very cool.
