I was absolutely amazed by the service here! ✨ I needed a 2mm hex screwdriver for my dashcam, and a wonderful gentleman not only found it but came to my car and fixed it for me. 🚗 That's truly above and beyond customer service! Just finished the job Jackie helped me get parts for and everything went smoothly. Jackie is always at work, it’s weird when she’s not there. She is super friendly, knows her stuff, gives advice that actually works, and always greets me and many others by name. Big shout out to management for having Jackie on the team! She is the reason I keep coming back.

Too many times, people complain and say bad things. Jackie, Mona, & Oscar are AMAZING! They looked up my warranty information and we're very patient. They helped me find the exact parts that I needed and whatever was not available in the store they ordered. Great job!!

They told me my battery was good after waiting 3hrs, with no knowledge if the battery was low or not, just told me it's good. I took the battery to AutoZone and they checked it 3 times and told me it's a bad battery. Will never go back to O'Reilly's again
