Came in today looking for help with my vehicle for help and received attitude and disrespect 😤 the management at the store ask me for my man card 😑 just because I needed a battery and wiper replacement I've had other issues with the store as well. my mom only knows Spanish and was denied service by the two females working the counter i dont understand how hard is it to do yalls job It's a shame that the manager thinks it's funny hoping yall can give them a reality check

If I could leave a no star review I would Madison and Ashley were the 2 ladies who helped me and I usually have no issues when I go to any part shop but this particular situation they made my life hell gave me the incorrect parts and don’t belong in customer service at all. I just genuinely believe if you don’t know anything about what you sell why even work there would suggest a different O’Reilly or just any other employee at this store .Not to mention they gave me attitude and didn’t want to help me with a cash refund (when I paid in cash) over a situation out of my control it’s not like I can go back there and get the part myself. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend this store only because of those 2 employees

Just a shout out and a thank you to Ashley. Stopped in for a battery on Friday. She’s very informative, patient and knowledgeable. She made my experience very pleasurable. And of course, installed my battery on a pretty chilly, windy day 🥶😉

Even though they try to have all that one needs, they have their limits. You might not find everything you need. They might not stock rare items. So no, they don't have everything for everyones automobile as they didn't have what I needed. But its a convient place for every day needs.

Car wouldn’t start in the neighboring HEB parking lot, walked over to O’Reilly and got assistance from Gloria I believe who helped me determine the battery was dead, and swap it out after getting a new one. Was a life saver and went above and beyond to help me out when I was stranded. Best service in town!
