Very bad customer service on JP's end maybe it's time to let him go. If someone isnt happy with their job that they feel the need to project their negativity onto their customers then customer service isn't the place for them. Your responses I see on here seem to be repetitive "we strive to provide the best customer service' . Well in this case I think thats the opposite if you have a problematic person who "might " be great at his job but yet he lacks in other aspects then the only solution is to let him go . Obviously he's a problem Customers come in seeking help not to be scolded or to receive negative attitude. More than likely their day is already ruined having to deal with car issues and then to deal with that. Fix the problem

Horrible experience, so low quality service! I needed a jump start for my car and I need the jump star to borrow! Autozone do it with ID they lend you the jumper! The guy at the desk was a very low quality person!

Wow, this is the absolute last time I will be going to O'Reillys. I used to love this place but this JP guy literally the breaking point. You don't have to give attitude for him to be super rude to you either. Belittling customers in front of other customers. Unacceptable. Will be contacting corporate offices about this. Very unprofessional.

Some guy claiming to be some kind of management sitting in the back where Roland usually sits was very rude and unprofessional for someone claiming to be management.🤦🏻‍♀️
