I had to go switch out a battery but wanted to test it first and see if it needed to be recharged or completely switched out. The guy was really nice and helped carry it out of my car and showed me how it was bad 😅 I was in and out with the new battery in about less than 10 minutes. Great customer service and it was a really fast trip!

Jonah “the manager” is super rude, we went in for a part that no other store had in stock. He was super rude/arrogant, did not solve our issue. Did not help us with the research and had poor customer service. This store needs better, he threatened to call the cops because we were getting frustrated with the lack of support we got. I will be contacting the district manager above him. Dont shop here unless you want to be threaten and not helped too.

The gent at the register was very helpful looking up the oil filter type for my car, showed me exactly where to find it and double checked if I had any brand preferences before pointing out the prices. Same with the oil itself! Much approved!

I had a great experience today Saturday September 13th 2025 with Edward the Assistant manager. He was so helpful assisting me with checking my car battery. Edward first, checked my alternator and starter and made sure that these were not the problems I was having, and both of these were in good condition and as it turned out, I was going to need a new battery since when he checked the battery itself, it was very weak. Edward was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining the different type of batteries that they sell and he uninstalled the bad battery and put in the new one. And I wasn’t there very long to get this service done. It probably took about 15 minutes. He is a great employee! 😊

We had car trouble and called to ask if they could put something in our we talked to Abel he was very nice he put the c foam in for us and washed the oil off of our car he definitely needs a raise !
