Mr. O'Reilly should personally. Thank Zac for being such an outstanding gentleman that is working for his company. Zac went above and beyond helping to make sure I had all the tools I needed before I left the store. His genuine kind personality and willingness to help a stranger is exactly what retail and humanity need nowadays!!!

DO NOT COME HERE, THEY ARE SUCH DISHONEST CROOKS. Candy, who was rude to begin with, couldn't find my battery purchase 2 days ago using my phone number so I purchased a new battery until I could locate the proper invoice. Came in today with proof of original purchase showing battery still had 1 more year of warranty, pictures of my original battery from Wednesday, and the purchase invoice from Wednesday. She "inappropriately tagged" my battery and now they are refusing to give me a refund for the battery that was still under warranty. This same defective battery came from them earlier this year and was manufactured this year so I'm sure the crooks put it back on the shelf to resell to an innocent customer to scam yet someone else out of their money when that battery inevitably fails. The manager was very unprofessional pointing fingers at my like I'm the one trying to scam them even with all the proof I provided for him. If I could give 0 stars I would, this place is beyond shady.

The 12V battery on my hybrid vehicle needed to be replaced. I phoned ahead and found out the E Houston location (closest to my then location) had what was needed. The employee named Betty was BEYOND helpful and helped me to change the battery. I cannot say enough good things about Betty!!! Thank you!!!!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service and experience! From the welcoming smile and greeting as I walked through the door, to the knowledgeable staff. I was impressed! The manager Joseph made me feel absolutely confident about my purchases and the quality of the products. I didn’t feel like I was being “upsold” like at a past experience I encountered at a competitors company. I felt like I was being well informed so that I could make the best decision for me! Because of Joseph, you guys have made a customer for life! 🤗 A+++ Service!
