The picture of the worker that helped me probably wasn't the best but her service was very good. I don't really like coming to this chain of auto parts because the workers on Laura Koppe are really unprofessional & don't like to work. But I decided to come to a different location because I was near this area. When I walked in I was greeted by the workers & immediately asked if I needed any help. They all were working really hard and the lady immediately found the parts I needed. I was really impressed with the professional way the store is being managed . I liked the way I was treated by the worker she was very organized & quick. I didn't have any issues with my service & the store was very clean. They have plenty of merchandise. They all did a great job. I hope they continue to keep the store up and the service top tier.

Ms.Dee Definitely goes the extra mile and is considerate with your plans and intentions beyond the actual experience she wants to make sure you accomplish your plans and goals with everything you need before you leave that store I love that for the company and the community
