Fast and friendly service . They had my brakes when no one did around the area of Laura koppe. This is a much better location than the others I have been too.

Employee insinuated that I was racist because they wouldn't help me even though i've gone to tons of o'reilly's and gotten help in the same exact way with my commercial account He made me prove on paper that I was the business owner. He wouldn't even allow me to access my own account. And then, but whenever I made a joke, he took it extremely personally and decided to insinuate that I was racist I even told him what he was doing was extremely unprofessional and he should leave his personal feelings and reactions at home. He just continued to yell across the store at me. I got an attitude at this point and clapped back. I've never felt so inappropriately white.

Staff is great; however, they suffer from staffing issues that seem to really overwhelm them and make basic customer service a challenge at no fault of their own. That said, some of the staff, specifically two of the older staff members, seem to think that taking out their frustrations on customers is "funny". Like so many customers here it seemed to be an issue with helping with the battery, if its not a service that is offered that should be made clear so customers have the option to spend their money elsewhere. Luckily, there is an Autozone right up the street with better staffing and more consistent customer service.

Thanks to Patricia for being so helpful. Autozone said my battery was fine, they didnt want to hook it up to the big machine because they were busy, so they lied to me instead. Patricia hooked it up to the real battery tester and it failed. Got a new battery and my car started just fine. Autozone couldve cost me so much money trying to diagnose and throw random parts at my problem. Always get a second opinion. From Patricia if possible :)
