I came here to get a new headlight been having issues with my headlights not only did the gentleman help me get my headlights at a discount but also helped me get a gift card for return on my old one since I had just bought it a few months ago. I wasn’t even expecting that, but it will definitely help. This place is definitely here to help you and not Rob you so this is the location I would suggest using for sure. Excellent customer service.

Went there to get my battery that has 3 year warranty on it changed and was told the phone number for the account had no purchases on it. Called the store it was purchased from to speak to their supervisor, showed them the bank statement when it was bought, video footage of us installing it months ago in front of the O'Reilly we bought it from and told them to take pictures of the battery and serial number. The guy tried to say we could've bought something else that wasn't a battery that cost how much we spent even though he just saw a video of us installing it on the same day our bank statement says we bought it and the supervisor says that's the day as well. They tried to to say all they see on our account is the radiator cap, but then later came out with the receipt of the original purchase that they said they couldn't find... The black lady with braids and the Hispanic guy I wish I knew the names but they were treating my boyfriend and I like we were lying and they didn't even wanna scan the serial number probably because it would have shown proof of purchase I don't know but they didn't, they treated us like we were scamming them while trying to scam us. This is the second time there's been an issue with us having a phone number with O'Reilly. They gave us our battery to try to be done with the situation but I can't get over the obvious racial profiling, they weren't even trying to do what's necessary to see we weren't lying. And this is all because the cashier from the original store when we bought the battery didn't attach our number to the purchase, which is weird because she insisted on typing our number but apparently didn't attach it idk it's just some weird mess.

Yilbert was GREAT ! Super helpful and informative. I'm just a girl so i don't know much about cars or good mechanics, but he was helpful in both areas ! he was also very patient with my MANY questions but im so thankful for the help !

Yilbert was so helpful with my Highlander today. This is the second time he has gone above and beyond with customer service. Stella Link is a great location.
