So I had contacted a few auto placed including autozone to see if they were able to change out my battery terminal out because it was broken. They all stated they couldn't. Aaron, at O'reilly, was super helpful and although he did not have the parts for my vehicle, instructed me where I could get the part at another O'Reilly down the block. The other O'reilly's worker stated they would not change out the terminal for me. I brought the part back and Aaron swiftly replaced my broken piece and sent me on the road safely. I really appreciate his due diligence in helping me and sending all the blessings his way and specifically to this location for their outstanding customer service.

I have a serious problem with my car but still managed to drive all the way to this location. I was at the store for my engine light check. And the rep thats working told me its too late. I was at store by 7:45 pm and the store closes at 9:00 pm surprisingly. Should have left a board outside that they can't serve customers after a specific time. Its just a waste of time for me to drive my car all the way to this location. Never had this kinda experience anywhere. I would never ask a person to do it if it's almost closing time.

I had an excellent experience at this auto parts store thanks to one of their employees name Mr. Aaron, he went above and beyond when helping me replace my car battery. Not only did he handle the installation quickly and professionally, but he also made sure everything was working properly before I left. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to answer my questions, which really made the whole process stress-free. Exceptional service like this is hard to find, and I truly appreciate the extra effort. I highly recommend this store and especially this employee for outstanding customer service. Thanks Aaron

This is one of my neighborhood places I grew up going to this O'Reilly good customer service they have what you need
