I like the selection of merchandise and pricing at O'Reilly's. This store needs to make sure that they have adequate counter associates to assist customers during peak hours. I was in the store on a Saturday afternoon and the line was backed up. I finally gave up and went to the store on North Main.

I ve live in DH for years and always go to Oreilly couse the people there were always trying to help you out . I don’t know about cars so would always take it if it had a code and they would scan it and tell me what it needed . When Today and they told me to go after 2 pm when after that time and was attended by an older lady that works there always so serious and lack of costumer service. Denied me the service didn’t even when to check my truck . I told her that a other explote had told me to come at that time couse they were already going to have the machine to check it . But she just deny and said they don’t do that and my truck didn’t needed to be scan I had to take it to a electricia to remove that code . Well got home research in you tube and realiza I just had to mess with knob or what ever it is call and get it set to oil at 100 percebe. I have always prefer and recomend this place better than the other ones. Hope this lady can go the extra Mile for her Clients and that the other employes can teach her better costumer service.

Cashier lady “Janie” is not able to greet, understand, and be friendly of the customer’s needs. She was trying to sell me the wrong smaller battery for my Escape. She argued with me and when the manager showed up she started telling him that I asked for the wrong car battery. My battery was $266.49. The gentleman who was stocking the store helped me to remove the old battery from my truck and deliver the new one in my truck.

the work schedule says that they work until 9.00 pm. I arrived at 8.30. They didn't let me in, they said that they were already washing the floors and that they would come tomorrow. I wanted to place an order for auto parts. but I will go to the auto zone. thanks for the business. I am the owner of a small logistics company and have a small fleet.

Better than my local O'Reilly location. Roger was so helpful and informative. Big thank you to Roger and his team. From a phone call to my entry to my end of sale everyone was professional and kind.
