Liz and Evelyn did an amazing job helping me with a battery holder replacement! Their customer service was outstanding as they were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. As someone who doesn’t usually feel very confident in this type of environment, I really appreciated how welcoming and supportive they were. They made the whole experience easy and comfortable, and I never felt intimidated. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will definitely be coming back again. Bought a battery 2 years ago with warranty. Since then it's died twice they replaced it the 1st time no problem. However the battery they replaced it with only lasted 4 months. Not recommending for battery replacement.

Just took a job in Houston and am far from family. Of course the battery on my truck went out and O’Reilly’s was closest to my work. A young man named Isaac helped me with a new battery, and even installed it for me. My truck was a little difficult and was probably more than he bargained for but he was patient and kept a smile on his face the entire time. Very grateful for his help today and will definitely use this location for future auto needs!

Just went up there there two employees in full uniform they had a line with only one person helping out and the other person just standing there watching the line get longer not even trying to help out with any questions or even getting the proper stuff people needed his excuse was that he didn’t know the computer to help me out! What kind of employees yall hire with no experience in customer service or experience with cars/trucks.

I got to this place desperately needing help with a battery, Juan assisted me After Closing time. Really amazing service. All staff seemed nice, store was neat!
