I always come to this place. It's right around the corner and very convenient. Everyone's always helpful however tonight I had a bad experience. I was shopping around buying a couple things to detail my. came across some towels that were marked 6.99 everyday low price from 8.99. Went to check out and the price wasn't What was marked, so the employee went to check and sure enough, it showed the marked down price. He made a comment that one of his co-workers messed up and put it on the wrong one. So I asked them to honor the price when he called the manager over JUAN and I told him, and he also confirmed, "oh. It's the wrong one" and wouldn't honor the discounted price. I told him he was wrong. And he should, and he persisted on arguing with me. And being very rude. I stopped there all the time for at least fifteen years. When he went to put the tag back, he didn't even know where it went. It was very disrespectful and rude. It's not even about the stupid 2 dollars. You shouldn't represent a place of business this way. If you had a bad day you shouldn't take it out on clients. Its The principal not the money. If something it's marked a certain way, and it was a mistake made by an employee, you should honor that and take care of the client

This location was great, I needed sway bar links for the front had them in stock, replaced them then noticed one of my brake calipers seal was damaged (😥) went back and they had it in stock too, while I was there i grabbed some hooks for hanging the brake calipers and some gloves and they told me to bring back the part and get a refund for core part. Oreillyauto always has what you need

Great store! I needed a battery replaced for my wife’s Escalade. Darnell did it for me and saved me an hour or two and a ton of frustration. He was done in 10 minutes!! Made my day!

JUAN was really helpful when I came in looking for parts. Took the time to help me find exactly what I needed and made everything easy to understand. He's also bilingual, which made the experience even better, great customer service!
