Maria was so helpful. I cannot express how grateful I am that she was able to help me with my car, and was able to help me change out my battery terminal (something I have no experience in doing at all). It so refreshing to have another woman helping me out with car issues, typically auto part stores are intimidating to me. Regardless, I will be back again to this location for any parts I may need to purchase in the future and will always be asking for Maria!

I have to start by saying that my experience when I first entered the store was unfortunately not great. Natalie was assisting me, and based on my previous experiences with O’Reilly Auto Parts, I understood that employees are generally able to help customers identify parts and provide guidance on things such as batteries, headlights, and other basic automotive needs. When I asked Natalie a few simple questions, she was unable to assist me and essentially left me to figure things out on my own. As someone who was already stressed and trying to resolve an issue with my vehicle, this was frustrating. It was a simply light change but unfortunately I had minor knowledge on replacing light fixtures! Thankfully, I then spoke with the manager, Jose, who was assisting another customer at the time he completely turned my experience around. He took what was a 0 out of 10 experience and made it a 10 out of 10. Jose not only helped me replace my rear lights and headlights, but he also took the time to teach me how to do it myself. I love learning new things, especially when it comes to my car, and he patiently walked me through the process while explaining how often these items should be checked and replaced. I shared with him that I lost my dad last month and that I’m just now learning how to take care of many of these things on my own because I was always used to my dad helping me. Jose showed genuine kindness and went above and beyond. He didn’t just help with one light—he made sure all three lights that needed immediate attention were taken care of. Because of his help, I was able to get a ticket for a defective light dismissed. Had Jose not been there, I honestly don’t know what I would have done. I wanted to take the time to recognize Jose because exceptional customer service deserves to be acknowledged. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and truly demonstrated what great leadership looks like. His attitude and willingness to help made a difficult situation so much easier for me. Thank you, Jose, for your kindness and for taking the time to teach instead of simply doing the job. O’Reilly is fortunate to have a manager like you, and I hope your hard work and dedication continue to be recognized because you absolutely deserve it.

On 02/16/26 Tuesday a representative by the name of Elyse helped me find everything I needed with a smile on her face & very knowledgeable, professional & friendly! This experience will bring back refer others to this location. I HOPE her Manager or Supervisor gives her a raise! Have a Blessed & Victorious Day 🙏

Maria went above&beyond helping me to install my new car battery. She didn't have to but out of the pure kindness of her sweet heart, she did! Much respect to her & hope she gets a raise or promotion bc she deserves it very much so! Definitely will be coming back for all of my car related needs due to her outstanding service.
