I was told to buy the wrong item for my car and upon listening to what I thought was the expertise of the employee I tried to us the item I purchased for it to then be the wrong item. Upon telling the employees it was the wrong item I was sold I was then told I had to buy the correct item at full price which was also double the price of the first item I had already paid for. Was told at first that I could return the item since it was wrong but then told I couldn’t and to see the mobile mechanic in the parking lot for assistance. RIDICULOUSLY unprofessional.

Ask For Justin I got off work today and on my way home my brake caliper busted on the highway , I called this oreillys location to see if they had the part in stock and justin made sure of it twice double checking for me and even pulled in before i got there , he was so pleasant to talk to and very very helpful and he had everything i needed to get me home from bellaire all the way back to clear lake ,texas . thank you justin , you made my truck breaking down on me way less stressful than it could have been without your help. Love this location!!!

Guy was very helpful and professional. Kept apologizing that he couldn't leave the store while the manager was in the back. Was quick to help

I couldn't find a battery of the same size at Costco, and since this O’Reilly store is very close to my home, I came here to try my luck. As soon as I arrived at the entrance, a very helpful employee immediately brought me into the store and even got a wrench to help me remove the old battery. At first, we couldn't find a battery of the correct size, but then he went to the back and successfully found one that satisfied me. It's a shame my English isn't good, and I didn't get this kind employee's name. I intentionally came back three days later to make up for my lack of gratitude at the time. You are the best employee I have met in my eight years in the United States."

I've been a patron of this store for all the years I've lived in Bellaire and have been inclined to give a five star rating, supporting this store in years past. A family member had an extremely unsatisfactory experience while visiting this location. Justin, who was working evenings the week of October 13th was rude and condescending. Their behavior was unprofessional and completely void of customer service. If you want to ruin your day, stop by while Justin is working. Fortunately there are plenty of other auto parts stores just down the road! My immediate and extended family are done with this store. I can't wait to see the same canned response from the owner. "We strive to do better... Give us another chance." Instead, write how you will address the issue.
