I have to say that I had the best experience today. A gentleman by the name of Alexander assisted me with my purchase. He was very knowledgeable of the products I needed and gave great recommendations. Alexander is very polite and respectable. He was easy to communicate with which is the main reason I look forward to coming back to this particular location of my auto needs. Thank you Alexander for your amazing customer service! I needed a simple service. It was two males in the store the manager I believe his name was Alex or Alan on Sunday, September 14th. They both had customers. Although, neither greeted me like they usually do. I waited patiently. I needed the machine on my car because I've noticed that something is not right while driving. Well when the manager was done with his customers I asked was someone available to put the machine on my car, he said yes someone was available but the machine is not working properly. He said he could put it on my car but upon bringing in to print that's what is not working. I asked if it would read my car and tell what's wrong without printing. He said that some machine work like that but not that store. I said alright and left the store. Please get the machine fixed. I used that location because I was in the area. The few times I've patronized this store I hadn't experienced poor customers service. I hope he was being honest that it wasn't working and not that he just didn't want to do it.

I've never ever received better service from an auto parts store in my life. The manager Emilia was knowledgeable and reassuring. The associate Stephanie was caring and ended up helping me by phone a few hours afterwards, as well. At a point in my life where I needed it the most, I've been blessed to run into these fine women, completely by accident. They are both devine blessings.

By the time I entered here, they were very attentive and helped me by first checking my battery and recommending options and replacing it. Xavier was great. I highly recommend this place for their customer service and attention they provide to customer. Good job folks.

The workers are very kind.. professional and knowledgeable. Mr.Ron helped me find the right battery for my car’s remote immediately! Then he helped put the battery in. Thank you so much Ron!
