Sometimes the employees simply don't want to serve you, or they do so rude. Another issue is that when you want to pay in cash, they just tell you, "We don't have any change." I tried to pay for an item costing around $27 with a $50 bill, and the person simply said, "I don't have change"—without even checking the cash register or asking their coworkers. It would be understandable if I arrived right when they opened and they didn't have change yet, but by 3:00 PM, the store should have enough change on . The owners or managers really need to pay more attention to the people they hire.

When in the pickup apart and was greeted instantly when I walked through the door. The staff was very knowledgeable on finding what I needed and the time spent in the store was minimal. If I'm in the area and I need parts I will visit this location

John the manager us very rude...and EMBARRASSED me in front of a people, full store. He asked me if I could park better...while I was checking out and purchasing an item,I was being embarrassed. I alpogized and then he proceeded to chastise me..." well we have a busy store...,so ne to time park better." This is after my apology. Then I said" well im only purchasing a bottle of oil so of we hurry,I can leave. Then he proceeded to chaise me again " well just park better " Then I gube him a $100 bill for payment and he slaps the change on the counter and before I can count my money he grabs a $20. This guy customer service is terrible and his not helpful and rude. Date 1/27/26 time 5:55p.m.

Worst customer service! I purchased a small tractor Battery at this store and was a bad battery 30min after I purchased it I went back to the store and they told me that I couldn’t return it and they couldn’t help me out that if I wanted to exchange it, I needed to go to a different store and they couldn’t refund me the money so I went to another store and I asked them if I could exchange the battery and they told me that the store where I purchased it, they should be able to reimburse me the manager on duty at the first store where I purchased she was so unhelpful and also the employee. I’m stuck with a battery don’t work and nobody wants to take it! Make sure you test your battery at the store before you leave. Also on the receipt nor anywhere it does not show or state anything about not being able to return a battery. Better go to AutoZone way better customer service.
