David Gonzalez 4 months agoThis store has poor customer service. They refused to refund and return products I bought at a different location, that is 48 minutes away. The sign says “satisfaction is their priority” that was also a lie. The employee said their policy was they cannot take other stores merchandise back. So I called the original store and they said that was a lie.Then the guy/employee said well we don’t have enough cash to return. It was for two brake lines. They were only $52 total. What store doesn’t have $52 in their teal. And of course, the manager was too busy to talk to me. I always shop at O’Reillys and this is a disappointment and discouraging. Everyone on staff at the store needs to get retrained.

I’m not very knowledgeable about cars but Gabby took a lot of time explaining my battery issues and I felt extremely confident with my decision because she took the time to educate me. Thank you so much.

Marie Scott a year agoRude employees ! I would never use this location again. I went in here for a simple return and they put you through hell for a return with a receipt by the way. Omg the lady didn't want to give my husband his money back making him search for a old debit card that he used to buy the item . DEBIT is a automatic payment for their stuff so why would you want me to take a gift card or tell me to put it back on my debit card. The transaction was between my husband and them anyway I had to get off my vehicle to go inside because they do not know how to communicate clearly. He doesn't understand any Spanish at all and it was only Spanish speaking women in there giving him a hard time. And yeah I believe it's because he is black he was treated this way by them. They were extremely rude and especially the skinny curl haired one she had the most soured out face like she just ate lemons or butt. Idk but she sure was rude just from her non verbal body language it was giving Ezzma vibes. I didn't do anything but walk in and if I needed a part they would be the last place to ask about getting it for me. I don't appreciate the early morning miserable attitudes. Let me go down my list of things that I don't like about this location besides the unfriendly workers . The location is near plenty of competition with better service and better prices. I don't like walking into any location and the worker look dead at me and don't say hi ,hello, good ,morning , welcome in or anything ....not just one person but 5 of them. So what yall staring the customers down for is the real question because it looked really uninviting to shop there. They have one manager who was trying to hold the whole situation up her name said Gabby on the shirt. She seemed like she was willing to help but someone had to go find her in the back. Probably because they didn't know what they were doing back there either. I appreciate she looked into the issue but she wasn't out there for the first part. I don't suggest coming to this location it's one of the worst I been to in the city. After about 30 minutes my husband finally found the debit card and got the return but it was too much drama on their end . He already had the paper receipt and she still was acting as if it wasn't his. That was the racial tension part and I don't think it's right at all.
Johnny Valdez 2 years agoThe employees in this location are very unprofessional. Did you know according to their training. They are supposed to greet every customer before they pass three steps from upon entering the store. This location fails at customer service. The manager they have right now is very rude. This location has been through more then one Manager there and employees. We as the customers should not have to go to another location to get great customer service and people that care for you and your automobiles! Get with it O’REILLY! 4 years ago this location was horrible on customer service! Today 4/27/2024! I was impressed and didn’t want to stop but I needed a light bulb for my rear tail light! Brian! Was very helpful! He went above and beyond! This young man didn’t know how bad I was struggling! It’s the little things that matter to us customers! People that care and provide excellent customer service! Please keep up the good work! I’m changing my star rating for you all from 1 star to 5 star! Awesome job!
