Needed my battery checked and I needed a new Battery. Juan and his coworker awesome young Hispanic men answered my questions and helped me find a good battery for my comute to Euless I take care of my first grandchild grandbaby girl! I used to be a manager and I hear and see their good work . God bless

Thank you Eric (manager) for accepting my online order return and providing me with the correct parts. Meadowbrook “manager” had no idea how to return parts ordered online. It’s not that hard.

That big guy with the mullet knows his stuff. Always gets me right. The whole team goes hard. Ill go to this O’Reillys over ANY AutoZone any day. One day i went in feeling sad and the whole team cheered me up and got me out of depression. These guys are like family now. From the manager to the drivers, they ALL are very generous and kind. If i could rate more than 5 stars i would!!

I am so upset! I go there for a warranty exchange. The assistant manager was no help. Refused to replace the parts until the Following Day I speak to the morning manager . Came to Forest hill O'Reilly's Manager was super Helpful. Exchanged Parts with no issues. I greatly appreciate there Help ! Unlike the Mansfield Hwy Store. I will not shop there again 😡!!!!!

Horrible service. Don’t ever go there. I try to give my money back on parts or better yet to warranty them because they were defective parts. Don’t buy parts here. They wouldn’t even warranty them because they wanted the original box who keeps the original box. This place is trashed, so is the manager.
