I’ve been coming to this O’Reilly Auto Parts in Lake Worth for a long time, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Daniel O’Reilly. It was awesome meeting someone who drives the same motor and vehicle as I do — he really knew his stuff and understood exactly what I was dealing with. Daniel went above and beyond to help me out with my vehicle. He didn’t just ring up parts — he took the time to talk through the issue, make sure I had the right setup, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. His customer service was truly incredible. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and takes pride in helping customers. This is exactly why I keep coming back to this location. Highly recommend asking for Daniel if you stop by.

I've had the pleasure of visiting different O'Reilly locations around DFW but this one took the award. First of all, the store was clean and stocked very well. I had no problem finding what I had come to purchase. To my wonder, the little machine that helps you find the correct window wiper blades was actually working so that was fantastic. While I was checking out, the registrar asked me for my number which pulled up my name in their system. To my surprise, the young gentleman pronounced my name correctly and acted like he was glad that I came. Most people just say what the price is, you pay, and u leave. No thank u or goodbye and see u next time... I went outside to install the wiper blades and apparently I had purchased the most complicated wipers known to man. I went back inside and asked for help, which if u didn't know, they just so happen to offer free assistance installing wiper blades. The older gentleman joined me outside and took his time explaining how-to and how not-to install the blades. What a wonderful learning lesson. I went back inside to order a full assembly for the third brake light with ease. They were able to find the part, order it, and advise me to pick up on Monday morning. I also grabbed a couple of fuel additives while i was there. The registrar offered a suggestion for a different brand and I happily took his advice. All-in-all, it was a wonderful experience and I would strongly recommend u visit this location is Lake Worth as well. They will help in any way possible and actually thank u for your business. You have very friendly staff here. Daniel helped me with the battery issues I have been dealing with, turns out I was given a wrong battery years ago at the auto shop! Thank you, it runs perfectly now!

Thx for braking my Car battery an i had to buy a new one . Thank god Walmart was across the street. Thx Walmart for helpin me or id be on the side of the rode. But i can say they tried to reimburse me my money for the battery. But I only got part of my money back. And the worker that lied about what my battery looks like I have pictures he broke my battery beating on it with a hammer trying to fit a part on the battery that does not go on my it was way too small. Sad I will not be going to this O'Reilly's anymore. Im done
