Huge shoutout to Mr. Nathan at O’Reilly! He went above and beyond helping me, was incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution instead of just selling parts. He saved me a lot of money and a lot of stress. This is what real customer service looks like. O’Reilly is lucky to have him!

This was a reminder why I don't shop here. Unprofessional the 2 times I went. This past time there is a girl talking to the 2 employees about poop in a toilet. Last time I was there the old guy behind the desk was just having a bad day. He was a jerk. There are too many other great choices to settle here.

Sara was such an incredible help today! Not only did she assist in testing my car battery and getting my new one, but she also helped me determine what size ratchet set I needed. Left me at the counter with parts sitting there. Didn't come back didn't say a word. I look over and he's helping someone else at the end of the counter. Walked back to get parts for them. Seriously the last time I come here. I'll order everything online idc
