Would not let me return a socket set I bought. Did not have the right size sockets needed a 8 mm size so I came back to return them. Said they were now used tools and would not take them back. Will shop at harbor freight from now on. I’ve never had an issue with an oreillys and was always my go parts store ive spent thousands on parts and tools at oreillys . Pictures of the tools added. Went to another oreillys and they processed the return.

I love this little parts shop. They always listen, and treat people well. I look for Gus when I go in, because he’s calm, professional, and smart. The store is always clean and tidy. Importantly— the reason I go here instead of elsewhere— matter what time I go, or what I need, I get in and out in under ten minutes. No parking lot, no grocery store to wade through; just boom done. Neighborhood gem.💎
