Overall, the store seemed pretty clean and pretty well organized. For those areas of this review, this store was saved with a three star. Due to the customer service side and the shop ability side of the store I have rated very low Karen the store manager was great at assisting me at first after obtaining oil change prices or supplies for oil change. I advised her that I would think about the purchase while browsing the store. I was the only customer in the store about 1 o’clock in the afternoon. I know why now they have no customers due to the lack of professionalism and the constant following from the co-employee, which was a shorter black lady name started with a T or something like that Tatiana or Tyna something along those lines. This shorter stock year dark complected woman proceeded to follow me throughout the store the whole time when I asked her to retrieve a part number for the high beam side of my car lightbulb she did not respond and she advised me that Karen at the counter would help me very unprofessional and as far as O’Reillys goes, this gives me a very bad taste. I will no longer visit this store in particular. Long story short the employees are disgusting when it comes to their job abilities and the more I think about it another star comes down so now I’m reading the store at a two star if you like being followed or treated as if you were gonna steal something . In fact, I was probably the only customer the whole day that made a store purchase in the amount of $35.00. People like these individuals at the store are the reason why stores are shutting down they’re not geared to customer service. They’re only focus on their loss prevention. I understand these are hard times, but if you’re having a problem with that, get some cameras, not personal stalker. If I was a mistaken, it could actually be filed as harassment maybe maybe not but it sure did feel like I was harassed and put into a classification that seemed to be lower to these two individuals with no actual evidence or purpose just to miserable employees, looking for an excuse to pop off or whatever they planned on doing. I would appreciate it if O’Reillys reaches back out to me for further follow ups regarding this issue. This is not acceptable behavior for employees to possess and actually carry out.

Everyone here was very helpful! Went in trying to find some paint for my car and the guys were doing their best trying to help me match it up with my car. In the end we couldn’t find one but they were able to guide me to a store that could help me out with that. Great job overall!

I went to get some brakes replaced that were under warranty, but they didn't know and told me they weren't covered. I had to go to another store because they didn't know either, and the supervisor didn't even check my brake warranty.

I went to the front to purchase items and was not greeted upon approaching the counter. The associate was on a personal phone call on speaker and continued the conversation throughout the checkout process without acknowledging me or pausing the call. While the transaction was completed, the lack of professionalism and basic customer courtesy made the experience uncomfortable. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service moving forward.

So my first time coming to the new location here at the corner of Mitchell Blvd and E Berry St. I needed assistance with my goddaughter vehicle. They are super friendly nice and so helpful. They told me what I needed and also Mr EJ personally help fix the issues. Mr. EJ and his staff was awesome and totally worth coming here for anything you need. Come by and check them out... let em know the lady in the juke wrote about them and the excellent customer service they provide to their customers. Keep up the amazing work!
