Bought brake calipers via another store. Went to pick them up and one was missing the clips. Was told I need to drive to Haltom City store to get them. What kind of store sells you something with missing parts and makes the customer fix it??

Let me tell you what Carlos told me..I came in to get a thermostat sensor for my "hustlebucket" ( 2000 Honda civic) how bout this Carlos guy said it wasn't necessary for me to have that part...I had my mechanic with me at the time, my mechanic was shocked..my mechanic said " Girl you better buy that part that's why the car is getting hot, but not reading hot"..of course I'm going to listen to my mechanic.. we got the part ..and my car is running great... Went to orielys to get oil, and transmission fluid the other day and a worker was walking by I stopped him to ask where the fluid was and he acted like he didn't hear me...I'm confident he did..so I put all my stuff down and I left the store..I won't be back either..not to that particular store anyway..

I bought an item at this location and decided to return it few days later … very difficult staff to deal with, I went twice and got the same result which was no help . The return item was almost 300 dollars they kept telling me they didn’t have money to return it ( how does a store not have money ) l went to another location in Saginaw luckily they were able to process the return . Staff is not helpful , rude and difficult to deal with
