Hands down the best place to get car parts in the metroplex. I have multiple makes and models and they always have what I need, as well as the expertise to answer all my questions no matter what vehicle it is. From a classic car to a newer model BMW - Robert, Mike, and the staff there have been so helpful with the right parts and guidance. Can't tell you how thankful I am for this store around the corner from my house, and how many times they've made my life so much easier. Thank you guys so much, I appreciate you all!

Thank you so very much for this fantastic employee, Ned. I am an older, widowed lady and went in to get filters for my car. When I asked if he thought I could do it, "yes you can." But, I would not mind helping you. WOW what service he provided. Thank you very much! What great service!

Every time I have visited this location, they have not only met my automotive needs, but exceeded them. They always have the parts in stock, they're always friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to get the job done right. Ned, in particular, is friendly and helpful and knowledgeable in his field. Not only did he make a great suggestion for one of my jobs, but he also went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. Thank you Ned!

No complaints about this particular location. Always a great experience dealing with these guys. I was really frustrated that I still had to pay a freight fee just to get the parts from the warehouse to the store. It felt unnecessary, and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor experience I had at your location under Manager Robert McGill. The service at this location is unacceptable, and the manager’s behavior is highly unprofessional. The manager consistently shows disrespect to customers and looks for any excuse to avoid honoring warranty returns. Instead of helping, he pretends to act like a mechanic to justify refusing a simple warranty part return. This is misleading, unhelpful, and creates a very negative customer experience. Additionally, the staff under his supervision do not take any initiative. They stand around waiting for the manager to make every decision, and even basic requests turn into long delays. I had to repeatedly ask for assistance, and even then the response was rude and dismissive, as if customers are an inconvenience rather than a priority. This location is being run very poorly. The combination of disrespectful management, untrained staff, and refusal to honor warranty policies makes it a very bad place for customers to do business. I am requesting immediate attention to this issue and appropriate action to ensure customers are treated with professionalism and fairness. Thank you.
