I swung by this O'Reilly location tonight to grab parts for my truck, and Jacob provided outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly and dedicated, took his time to ensure all my questions were answered, and showed great customer care. ​When the system showed a part was in stock but it wasn't immediately visible on the shelf, Jacob didn't give up. He stayed diligent, kept hunting for it, and made sure I was able to get everything I needed before leaving. I really appreciate his persistence and professionalism! Thank you!

They didn’t have my 15/16 3/8-drive socket but then the dude went out of his way to find me one locally somewhere else. I will come back here, to this awesome place 🙂 True to my word, came back same day and got a ratchet. Gotta give our business to the people who live here where at all possible.

Customer service is very slow here. Two people working in the front with 8 people waiting, but have four working in the back just talking. At least AutoZone have better customer service.

I walked in the store to make a return. I explained that to the cashier. I handed her my receipt and then the product so she could help me. She took a full minute to scrutinize and read over the receipt when there was only one item on the receipt, never speaking to me or acknowledging me. And then tells me that if the product was used, she couldn’t accept a return. I literally open my mouth to explain my purchase and she immediately cut me and restated that ,”if the product is used, I can’t accept it,” with her eyes closed and her hands up to dismiss whatever I was going to say. I explained my purchase to her anyway and then she begins to open the package, disassemble the packaging and items within it, call her Hispanic manager over and they both begin to speak in Spanish and smell the product to see if I’d used it. Assuming I couldn’t understand Spanish or what they were saying, they continued to smell the product and speak amongst themselves, saying that the item looked worn. Which is incorrect because I purchased it brand new and unopened, so I thought. They continued to scrutinize the item, and I just politely say that I would rather take it to another store, the manager shrugs and says OK, and the cashier begins to very poorly repackage the item and then stops and has a conversation with the manager again in the middle of doing so. I let her know that I would repackage it because she was making it look “used” in her poor attempts to repackage it. I know it’s not always the case, but you can tell when people make assumptions and judgments and are biased about you based on race and this definitely felt like one of those times. I would never revisit this store or O’Reillys at all. I felt horrible leaving that store and my experience with this cashier was belittling and offensive.

I have always gone to this store but James and Lester have created a family-like atmosphere, very patient, professional and extremely caring. I came in not knowing much and James helped me tremendously while Lester held down the fort. I just got a new car so sadly I won’t be in often.
