The female Alex was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me figure out what I needed, and helped me get the best price possible. My wife and I came to buy brake pads, and I ran into issue after issue. She absolutely deserves a raise and a paid vacation. This store just earned a life time customer with a old truck im sure they're going to make thousands off of me over the next few years. Ill never forget her kindness and patience. I have mental health issues and she never made me feel less than for not knowing exactly what I needed. I absolutely can not recommend this store enough. God worked through this store today. I'll never forget this experience.

Came here to replace a single windshield wiper, and both employees refused to install the Windshield Wiper because of the storm. Even though the place says "free wiper blade installation." Lady upfront used her gender as an excuse as to why she wouldn't install the Windshield wiper for me, and the dude was just rude and unprofessional. Would never recommend coming here even if your car depended on this very shop. Go across the street to the auto zone. This location has zero customer support.

The service was fine. I do, however, need to say that whoever is running this store is doing a terrible job. Alex helped me out, she was very kind and helpful but she is the only one here. All this workload is being dumped on her. The manager walked out, was told his name is Daniel, walked out when I was on my way I and he left this poor girl here all alone. Which leaves me unsurprised that the store looked terrible when I came in. The floors were dirty, counters were dirty, the shelves were a mess and hadn’t been stocked. There were two employees trying there best to get it right but with the management here it won’t last.

My experience is very similar to the other LOST PART STORY. I was on hold for 28 minutes. One rude female finally told me the part was ready for pickup. When I arrived to get the part, the two idiots at the counter could not find it. I opt for a refund. WENT ACROSS STREET TO AUTO ZONE and got the part.

horrible customer service from the manager daniel. I asked for help looking up a part for my tacoma and he was on his phone; told me he wouldn't be able too and to try auto zone. So, i did and paid $648.54 on parts. Could've had my buisness.
