Went in at 7:37 & The customer service was excellent, very friendly and helped me with my headlight issue by knowing exactly what it needed. Mr Edwin and his cool coworker were a big huge helps 10/10 will come back again whenever I need a part or another helping hand. I trust them with my car - Jose

Great store in fossil creek area of north fort worth. I was helped by a polite and professional associate. I had an unfortunate event happen in which my brake cylinder cap was gone. I bought a replacement cap at another store and realized that this did not have a gasket in it as i put it on the night before Not the stores fault as apparently that is the way it is done by the aftermarket suppliers of this very important part. No brake fluid equals no stop. Anyway i had another question about replacing a stripped bolt and needing a rethread kit. Excellent service as the associate explained how this worked and I was impressed as sometimes you feel like you are doing them a favor buying from certain stores. I guess like anything it comes down to the individual that is helping you. Any young people that see this I want to give you a nickels worth of free advice. When you work somewhere you are the face of the company you work for. First impressions are everything. If you don't know the answer to someone's question just tell your customer that you will find someone else who does or if need be call them later. Thats better than the famous. I don't know what that is you should just google it!!! I hate that and I said one time. "Sure kid you should just google how to win friends and influence people because chances are you just lost that persons business and believe it or not there are other places in this metroplex to buy from.. Anyway this store is 5 stars all the way!! Thanks for your help!'

I visited this location to buy an oil filter for my car. I was in a hurry and I had to ask someone organizing the aisle for help. She stopped her work and came to the counter to help me get a right oil filter for my car. And also was nice during the time I was there. It was a good experience for me.

Stacey is awesome! He helped me look through about four different numbers worth of contacts to find the purchase. Just so I could warranty my battery. Great customer service!

The customer service here is the best I've experienced at an auto parts store. My salesman, Michael, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Top-notch store with reasonable prices. Gotta love this place.
