I’m not reading this on their service. I am reading this compared to AutoZone as if you go into one of these establishment. Make sure you find the oldest guy there. He’s gonna be the only one who cares about his job. Most of the kids they hire are just there to collect a check and will not work with you to help find the parts instead they’ll act like they find the parts assure you they fitand that is pretty far from the truth most of the time so if you go to one of these places, I’d recommend finding your own part number and everything before you get in there

I love the parts that come from this place a lot! I even like the customer service, like it had this lady there that is really nice and pretty cool...and in a weird twist of fate, the last 4 times that I've gone to this place, she's been the one to help me and that's cool because she's nice!! But I'm not that great with cars myself, and she doesn't really seem to be that great with them herself, which is fine!! But when 2 people who are just trying to help the other isn't that great with cars, we don't really get anywhere with finding the right part that easily 😅 like, my step dad is my mechanic and he sends me there with everything that I would need to locate the part that my car needs and that they "should know what I'm talking about" meaning, IF they were good with cars...lol

I needed help getting coolant for my car because I had no idea which kind to get and was very stressed , but Mariana stopped what she was doing to help me out! She was very sweet and took time to explain which coolant would be best for my car! Definitely will be back if I need help with my car!

I’m so happy this O’Reillys is open at 6am so I could get some much needed windshield wipers for this rainy day. Miguel went an above and beyond and I highly recommend this location. Thank you again

I had received the wrong product from another location , I asked Connie to fix it. At first she was going to send me back to the location originally to fix the problem. So I called the previous location and spoke with the man who originally made the sale and he gave a simple solution for the refund at this location with Connie since I was already here. Connie using her best customer service skills made the remark on the call of course I’ll clean up your mess than proceeded showing to have an issue fixing a simple 3 minute task. She makes it very clear she hates her job by her gestures and attitude. Worst experience at O’reilly I’ve ever had.
