I had an exceptional customer service experience at this location. There was a unique issue with an item I purchased, and the leadership team went above and beyond to resolve it. A huge thank you to Sam, Rose, and the Store Manager, Edgard. Sam and Rose were incredibly helpful, transparent, and attentive during my initial visit. When I returned the next day, Edgard was already fully briefed on the situation and immediately took care of me, processing a hassle-free resolution. It is rare to find a retail team with this level of communication, integrity, and dedication to customer satisfaction. They have earned a loyal customer. Also, store associate, Johnatan, who initially assisted, was super friendly and helpful and definitely encourage you seek him out for assistance. Highly recommend this store!

I had a truly excellent experience at the O'Reilly Auto Parts store today. I walked in needing a specific seals and the staff was immediately ready to help. A gentleman named Edgar took the time to look up the exact seals needed, confirm the part number, and retrieve the items from the back—all while patiently answering my general maintenance questions. Edgar's knowledge was outstanding, and his friendly, patient attitude turned what could have been a frustrating search into a quick and successful trip. It’s clear the team here prioritizes real customer support. I highly recommend this location!

i understand being busy but that doesn’t give them the right to hang up on you mid sentence. i called back and they picked up and hung up twice. very unprofessional. a simple “unfortunately we are not taking calls at this time” would’ve sufficed.

This is the worst place you could go, every time I try to spend money with this location they quickly remind me to go to autozone right up the street from them. They never pick the phones up, they literally have people waking around doing nothing hearing the phones ring and still want pick the phones up. I waited in line for 25 mins and the whole time I was there I was calling no one picked up. The employees are worried about smoking their cigarettes instead of helping a line full of people. Do Not Go Here Go To AUTOZONE DOWN THE STREET.
