I received EXCEPTIONAL phone and in store customer service from Jennifer (Manager) at the Walnut Hill location in Dallas. Polite. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Helpful. Honest. She was managing my automotive issues while managing other customers at the same time. As a nearly 70 year old woman, I’ve experienced an abundance of varying customer service in my lifetime. She stands out as a top 10 customer service employee!

I went in to get a lightbulb replacement— they were so quick and eager to help me and replace my bulb. As they popped the hood we ran into a snag where my lightbulb cap could not come off. I mean it would not budge at all. Jennifer and Jose did not give up and at the end a Jennifer got one bulb off and Jose got another one off. The service was amazing and they didn’t have to help me and they did. I appreciate you both! God Bless!

Located across the street from Taco Bell on Audelia @ Walnut Hill, and once you're there, you'll definitely go back! The interior sparkles! Friendly, helpful staff. Sharp manager. I believe open until 10 weeknights, but double-check that.

We went to get a battery. The associate helped us find the one we needed and even let us use a few tools to replace it in the parking lot. Then she made sure to test it to make sure our alternator was working. Top tier customer service!
