Mark was the absolute best, very polite and went above and beyond. After being turned down several times for a brake light replacement, he replaced it in no time. He also put my license plates on with no fuss. I only wanted the screws but left out with more than I expected. 🥰

I usually go to outazone. Today I decided to stop by this O’reilly. I was greeted and helped by Eric. Eric greeted me as soon as I walk in and ask me if I needed any help, dropes what he was doing to assist me. I he talk to me the about the parts O’reilly has for my Tesla. Will def be coming by this store again.

Walked in after being disappointed last night that a young man did not know how to put my battery in that he thought I had to take my windshield wipers and more off to place it… WOMAN POWER prevailed !!! Ruby did with no problem ! I then decided to buy air filters from Alicia as Ruby was helping another customer professionally !!! Yes yes !!!
