This is one of the best locations I’ve been to around Oakcliff. The employees are so nice and kind and always help me with everything I need. AJ is a good manager and Lucero I have came here so much I learned their names. I love coming here all the time every single time I need something for my car I always know that I’m gonna go to this O’Reilly I saw a review that didn’t sit well with me and felt the need to comment on the true character of the employees in that store. I appreciate this O’Reilly so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went there this morning and the clerk said that she couldn't find my plug in the check to see why my engine light was on but I had it checked there before and I told her that it was there because of that reason. She called her manager AJ and she had the nerves to ask me to plug it in, I went down the street to another location and they had no problem finding it, I think they should get better fitted people to be able to get that low to the ground. I will be calling the regional office on Monday and also the Better Business Bureau.

If I could give them a 0 I would, I came in to get my car checked for why the engine light was on and the lady (A heavy set Hispanic lady.) Came out and said that she couldn't locate where the plug goes and I explained to her that it's there because I came to this location awhile back and it was found then, so she goes to say, what do you want me to do? I said your job, I said nevermind I'll just make a complaint. So she says (with an attitude let me call my manager) I hear the manager (AJ) on the phone and I asked may I speak with her and I explained to her about the other employee founding it why can't she? AJ had the the nerve to ask me since I know where it is, Could I plug it in? After this experience today 11/27/2025 I won't be coming back to this location and I will be calling the regional office and the better business bureau on monday.

Honest Review. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would because I didn't even receive any service at all. They should remove the Free Battery Test ad, at least at this location, because it's a WASTE of GAS and TIME to go to this store if they claim they don't have the machine available or are simply too lazy to do the job. They're losing sales on batteries if they have employees who refuse to help you or managers who, when you call, all they say is "How can I help you?" repeatedly and insistently. Call made on 10/17/25 at 10:25 AM and service was denied on 10/16/25 by the night shift at 10:00 PM. I will try to complain to a higher or general management.

Went for a bulb change and Juan took great care of me. There are still really great people around with integrity. O'Reilly please acknowledge him for all of his great services and efforts. I will always patronize this store. Screaming thank you so much Juan.
