I was having trouble finding someone to help me. I was like where’s everybody . One guy was with a customer and that’s all..So I left While leaving the store to find out they were too busy being nosy with a wreck .

I would've gave them zero stars if that was an option. I've been to this O'Reilly store few times and it's always the same. Poorly service the employee's need to be trained on customers service. I would never return to this store and recommend this store too be shut down.

A female associate helped me. She was knowledgeable enough to point me in the right direction. She saved me $$ by giving me a tip on a tool I could use instead of buying some specialty item.

For all the lady readers who are apprehensive about automotive stores, this place and another I recently reviewed are changing the set up. When I went in, I only saw females working in the store. And while I already knew what I needed (and didn’t have to fear a possible mansplain situation) I walked in to find my product and I did see them helping a couple of men locate what they needed. The woman who checked me out was super friendly and happy to help. I’ll be visiting this store again.
