Went in for a couple of simple hose clamps three different sizes for my Chevy Cruz and a simple elbow rubber hose for the Intake course they don’t have them but they can give me the whole two pieces of rubber hose for $135 but the elbow that they don’t have it’s only $30 and of course the clamps they don’t have those either we can order everything though they say they don’t actually have any parts here at the parts store we can order them well I can order them too at Amazon, so once again, a joke of a place to go to. Every O’Reillys so far anywhere near Dallas has been a complete and utter joke. They have no parts. No nothing you actually need no expertise. No common sense no courtesy nothing

I came here to get my car battery checked because I had to jump start it the previous night. They tested it for free and had the battery I needed with several different warranty period options. Unfortunately my car wouldn't start to go to the mechanic across the street so I could get the new one installed, so they replaced it for me for free. When my car still wouldn't turn on, they tried to jump start it with a device they had, but it wouldn't work. Eventually the manager was able to get it running because some little switch had been moved that wouldn't allow me to put the stick into park, and then it turned on. He noticed right away that it was making a lot of noise and informed me I should get the alternator checked out because the noise meant it wasn't charging the battery. They even gave me a $22 refund but for what I'm not sure (the younger employees were difficult to understand because they spoke quickly and quietly). None of them were rude or made me feel stupid for not knowing what I was doing. Thank you all so much for all of your help!

Worst customer services. I purchase life time warranty brake pads, rotor,shocks I spend like $900. Know that I went to get new brake pads they told that i couldn't warranty them out because I being changing them every year.

The guy help me very quickly gave me the direction and what all to go to and exactly what to look for I was in and out there in 5 minutes That's very exceptional for an auto parts store
