Every single auto parts store in Dallas, Texas that I’ve been to. I’ve been treated poorly lied to and the individuals working there just have no knowledge of anything and wanna go out to my car to figure out what part they need or tell me that they can’t sell me the part I need but they can sell me the part I need +50 other parts for $500 when my part I need is $20 they can do that but apparently O’Reillys is not a real parts store anymore

Mrs.Laura, is amazing, she knew what I needed for my vehicle, she was very respectful and professional, she's always helping her customers they are are main concern. Thanks Mrs.Laura 🤗🙏

Well I think they it's very disconsiderate they are parked supposedly in a handicap parking incorrectly without the handicap tag showing. And we ask them to park right because I was trying to park in the spot they go to their truck and pull out the tag. And it was an employee's spouse just sitting there with the employee. Again it wasn't very inconsiderate of real customers.

Terrell was very helpfull I found the parts that I needed and ordered them for next day pickup they were kind of expensive but not outrageously expensive so we will see tomorrow how this all works out

Went today to get some rotors/ pads and when question about a promotion and my receipt, I was received with an undermining tone by the cashier and what might be the manger or owner. Horrible customer service when the owner gets moody, and suggesting I get refund when you speaking to them politely. I don’t want a refund, all I wanted to know is why my receipt looked different than what I was shown on the computer. If you can’t help out with a simple question without getting irritated, why be there? I still left with my pads and rotors though! Corporate call next.
