Horrible customer service. Went for a simple brake pad to my Nissan and they looked it up to order it for me, I went ahead and prepaid for it. When I go in the next day to pick it up and take it to the mechanic, it was the wrong size. We went back to claim it and they gave us other 2 for the wrong size!!! Then they proceeded to try to give us a refund in cash when our original form of payment was card. Horrible experience especially when struggling with your car. Never going again. Embarrassing customer service.

Went in for a very simple part. Wheel lug studs it wasn't for a specific vehicle just a specific size. The young Hispanic lady with the morning crew. didn't even attempt to look and told me they can't help me and told me look in an isle in a rude tone. Not to mention there wasn't even a single customer in the store but me. everyone that's familiar with auto parts know they don't keep those in stock on shelves only in the back. I went ahead to the oreillys down the road instantly the employee was able to help me and found the wheel stud needed within a few minutes with a great attitude. Great job

George O’Reily on Garland Rd was as friendly probably more friendly than normal. He’s the manager he came outside to install a battery for me. I’ll be back for all of my car parts needs.
