Excellent customer service!! If an employee name David is there he will definitely take care of you if you need help! Helped with my battery and was very quick with it! Highly recommend yall stop there for what you need or if you need help finding stuff!

Besides them giving you the wrong parts when you try to make a return, they put our place every excuse they can to avoid giving you an exchange or return. It’s the worst commercial attention I have received at O’Reilly’s as a shop that constantly purchases parts to be otherwise ignored, it’s so disrespectful. I would think twice about purchasing apart from this particular O’Reillys due to the lack of leadership in the commercials part department.

I usually go to an auto zone but since my dad always raves about how oreilly’s has authentic parts I wanted to see for myself. Y’all can have the best quality of parts but if your service is bad then I won’t waste my time or money. Unfortunately I walked out of there empty handed and drove to advance auto parts down the street. I will never go back unless it is the last resort. The guy’s who helped me out seemed uninterested in helping out, almost like they are forced to be there. One of them wore basketball shorts so I couldn’t distinguish him from a regular person. Both of them gave me the same vibe no wonder that location is always empty. It’s the type of personnel you hire that makes you have a great atmosphere at your business and this was not it. Service was so bad I’m taking my time to contact the company, and writing this review. Go to another location.
