Came in about 4:45 this Saturday afternoon. I stared at the clerk, on his phone, for a minute before a coworker told him to acknowledge me. Then when I paid cash for the item, he couldn't give back change for a $10 bill. He couldn't scan the product with one hand. He didn't speak up. No name tag. Wearing a hoodie. If I see him again, I'm taking my money elsewhere. Pitiful experience.

This location here just feel like you walking into a security guard station they really don't never have what you need they always got to order something

This store makes me lose hope for the future. Some of the laziest, most incompetent, worst customer service oriented staff I have ever met in my entire life. Doesn't help that their online inventory shows they have things in stock when they never do.

Ran over a strip of tire which made the shroud on the front end of my vehicle hang down and drag the road. Stopped in to see if I could grab some tape and see if I could put it up on blocks to fix myself until we got home. Employee offered some actual clips and tossed them on himself. Friendly and more than helpful!

Mario was very helpful when I purchased a starter for my vehicle. Asked for an affordable part since my vehicle is 20yo & he came up with something in my price range. In & out in less than 10 minutes👍
