This store proves customer service is alive and well! Lukas and John ROCK!! While John was turning the rotors for my van, Lukas got me set up with break pads and the things I needed to get the job done! Lukas also searched out the power steering pump I'm going to need on my next job! Thanks O'Reilly for putting these great people in place!!

John and his staff at this store went out of their way to help me with my 2006 Chrysler Crossfire on 1/31/2026. I would not have been able to drive away from there without their expert help. They were absolutely awesome in their knowledge and experience.

I need to take a second and recognize John at this O’Reilly Auto Parts location. I am starting a new job tomorrow and absolutely had to have my headlight bulb replaced with no clue how to do it. Not only did John take the time to help me find the correct bulbs but he even came out to the parking lot to help me get the new bulbs installed. Unbelievable customer service and can’t thank John enough!

I really wanted to like this place because I needed a specific part in a hurry, but the experience was pretty frustrating. The store felt disorganized and it took way too long to get any help from the staff even though it wasn't very busy. I ended up having to figure most things out on my own, which wasn't ideal when I was already in a rush to fix my car.

I want to thank John for the outstanding service he has provided during my last two visits! He helped me through each issue from start to finish with patience and above and beyond service. He has impressive knowledge and know-how! I want to shop at this O’Reilly’s for all my car needs and I prefer to work with John if he is working. Keep up the great work, John!
