I went to another parts house won't say what one, got home got my rear end differential cover off add to my surprise the differential gasket was the wrong one. So I ran to O'Reilly's they handled it quick fast and in a hurry!

I came in right after a snow storm to O'Reilly's in Gladstone with a dead battery. I went in and got instant help and purchased a quality battery and it was installed in less than 35 minutes. It was a great experience in a bad situation. Great place to get great help.

I know I gave this place a great rating before, but the assistant manager Matt saw me struggling in the middle of a snowstorm and only offered me a the wrong socket said he didn't have the right size even though there's only two sizes that pull out spark plugs if he doesn't know that he shouldn't be assistant manager

Went to recycle a battery, Lily was super helpful and made the process easy. Friendly customer service and knowledgeable staff Store was super clean as well

I was sold a battery that did not work for my vehicle. My car requires a 65 series battery, but the employee insisted that a 59 would work. They didn’t carry a 65 so that was my only option in the moment. I had over a MONTH of battery issues. I had to jump it EVERY TIME I needed to go somewhere. I ended up buying a $200 jump pack to ensure I wouldn’t be stranded anywhere. Eventually I went to Walmart and bought the correct battery (for about HALF the price), then came back to return the one O’Reillys sold me. Manager at this location looked me dead in the eyes and insisted the battery they sold me (59 series) was the correct one for my car. How can you claim this when the manufacturer recommends a 65 series? How can you tell me I’m wrong when I’ve had to jump start my car 3-5 times a day for the past month? I even told him the manager at the O’Reillys up the road (107/N Oak) authorized a refund earlier that day, but didn’t have the cash on hand at the moment to do it. After some back-and-forth, this manager finally gave in and processed the refund, but wasn’t happy about it. After all the issues I’ve had, I will never buy a battery from O’Reillys again. I don’t think I will give them ANY of my business again. Walmart batteries have the same warranty, AND they carry the correct battery for my car.
