This is a Thanks and Shout-Out to David, Ozzy and Will at O'Reilly's in Raytown who helped me with my battery/alternator.. Will helped me troubleshoot the situation, Ozzy took attetion to detail with an Old school approach to double verify nothing was wrong with the alternator/battery and David noticed the acid corrosion build up around the battery which turned out to be the actual problem/solution! You 3 individuals helped me save money and time and ya'll deserve recognition as well as respect for your roles!!!

Jared knows his stuff. Came in there thinking I need to replace a thermostat housing. He walked me through all the diagnostics. Come to find out I need coolant. Guys like Jared a one of a kind knows there stuff and want to help the customer. Most guys just sell you want you come for. Jared came outside and put hands on the car. Doesn’t get better than that. Thanks Jared - keep guy

I want to commend An employee at your store by the name of Angel. They treated me with so much care, concern , and knowledge. I was very impressed. You made a really bad morning turn around for me. It restored my faith in humanity! This employee when I returned with alternator core was off the clock and STILL answering phone calls and assisting customers. Thank you! Give them a raise.
