I recently visited O’Reilly Auto Parts and had a great experience thanks to the excellent customer service provided by Conner and Ryan. Earlier in the day, my car wouldn’t start, and my daughter had to help me jump-start it. I went to O’Reilly to get the battery checked, and I was greeted by Conner. He was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. While my husband spoke with him over the phone, Conner tested the battery, confirmed I needed a replacement, and even carried the new battery to my car for me. His service made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The next day, I returned the old battery, and Ryan assisted me. He was just as helpful and polite, making the return process quick and easy. Great customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Conner and Ryan, for your professionalism and support!

Went in the store 4:43 pm. They have one customer in the store and two ladies at the front. I came to get my battery replaced since it is under warranty. The lady said we do not install or remove batteries and it’s only two of us here and neither of us know how. 😡 so WHY are either of you working at O’REILLY AUTO PARTS!!! Your useless !!
